SDK 4.14 and Adobe AIR Application Installation Update

Hi,

I have a new Adobe AIR application, using Flash Builder 4.7.

The problem is that when I change the versionNumber the installer does not
tell me that a new version must be installed. So it never changes the old
version. I have to uninstall the older version do that the new one can be
installed.

Is there any known issue involving version 4.14 and Adobe AIR Application
Installation ?
