Connection Monitoring Project

Hi,
We plan to create a web page that displays stream/feed with the
connection/user name of all active connections. Like a CCTV monitoring
system; we want to be have a complete view of all activity on our servers;
be able to quickly see video/feed for all active connections with metadata
like user connected and connection name.
Ideas on how to quickly get this going?
