Description:
the new clean plugin (MPREPO-1 and MPREPO-2) should be enhanced to accept two more options.  instead of deleting all of the snapshots except the newest, either keep a max number of backups, or all artifacts newer than a certain date.  
this would allow for users to keep a "monthly" archive of snapshots, or "last 10" snapshots.
