Material on Struts Bean Tags

Hi struts users,

Can any one tell me where i can find explanations and examples
on using struts bean tags.(not the write, message tags ).
I tried out the struts docs, but couldn't proceed forward.

i tried to use the 'include' tag but i get the error message 
"java.lang.NullPointerException".
 
<bean:include id="browser" forward="wify.jsp"   />

wify.jsp --the jsp were the above tag is used.

If any one have used this tag, please tell me.
