   The self-signed certificates currently hardwired into helm/openwhisk/templates/nginxSecret.yaml are expired.  We should instead generate the certificates as part of the process of deploying the helm chart.   This would also be a step towards generating all of the certificates we would need to enable ssl along all control-plane communication paths.
