[jira] Created: (ARIES-493) Refactor equinox specific logic out of application-bundle-framework-management

Refactor equinox specific logic out of application-bundle-framework-management
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ARIES-493
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIES-493
             Project: Aries
          Issue Type: Task
            Reporter: Chris Wilkinson
            Assignee: Chris Wilkinson

The framework manager still has logic which is only relevant if we know we are based on an equinox framework. This should be moved down into the runtime framework bundle which has the equinox dependency.
