Log:
Update for the 2.2.15 release, and reflect that win32 binaries
of 1.3 and 2.0 are no longer posted (but they do remain on the
archive site).
Most importantly, begin expunging the word "Apache" as shorthand
for "httpd". If looking for a short word, choose httpd.
