问题描述：
缩容datanode成功，其data也被置空，但是datanode进程还在。
jstack结果见附件

复现流程：
master_0718_967cde6
1. 私有云 3副本3C7D
缩容前：

 !image-2022-07-19-15-09-32-812.png! 

2. 在ip3上执行缩容ip3的操作
./sbin/remove-datanode.sh 172.20.70.3

缩容后：
 !image-2022-07-19-15-10-54-738.png!
