using JMeter through JMeter's API

Hi All,

Is there anyone having java code examples for establishing a JMeter test
plan and then execute it all by API?
I want to set up a testing project in Eclipse by adding all JMeter's jars.
But I don't know the correct steps of creating all necessary jmeter classes
to simulate doing it through GUI. I am unable to find such code example on
internet.
If you have such java code, it would be very appreciated you send it to me.
