Velocity Templates

Hi,

I'm looking to use velocity to include resources outside of the template
root. Could anybody advise as to how I would
go about doing this using Velocity.  What I need is something like the
#include directive which allows you to include
html fragments from a remote location.  Is this possible?

VelocityTools has an ImportTool (google for link, i'm in too much
hurry to get it for you)
