RedirectException taking IPage parameter

Hi,

Sometimes it would be useful to pass an IPage parameter to the constructor
of RedirectException, but this is not possible. Is there any reason for
this? Else I would go ahead and post a feature request at Bugzilla.

There's a theory (a theory I wish I understood four years ago) that anything not essential should be
excluded. But Tapestry is so far over that line, so add a bug.
