刘珍 reopened IOTDB-4702:

1副本3C5D, BM写入数据完成，正常停止集群（会触发snapshot）
移除（ip76/ip62 ）2节点，执行delete storage group root.** .
delete storage group 后 snapshot 文件夹在 变大，从69GB-> 138GB.
