Resolution: Fixed
Fixed in trunk -r823065 with the following changes:
* removed war:inplace config, use multiple source dirs for jetty-plugin instead
* unpack redback war in target dir
* configure jetty plugin to use multiple source dirs
* cleaned up clean-plugin config
