BLOCK: Antifraud Fraud

This is getting scary. Chase manhattan fisher is continuing to morph. Check
out this Phish:

These antifraud frauds need to get shutdown ASAP. I think a lot more people
will fall for this junk. Everyone is paranoid about phishes, that I'm sure
users will fall for trying to protect themselves from it, only to be caught
up in it.
