The raw markdown created by RDM is unreadable:

http://archive.apache.org/dist/yetus/0.4.0/RELEASENOTES.md

This makes it difficult to give folks a reliable permalink, since the rendered version (e.g. http://yetus.apache.org/documentation/0.4.0/RELEASENOTES/ ) goes away when we archive.
