   - [ X] I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset
   - [ X] I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't found one similar
   
   
   ### Superset version
   0.23.3
   
   ### Expected results
   Create a dashboard, set it to auto refresh every 1 munute,
   ### Actual results
   After about 1 hour get error at UI
   Unexpected error.
   Check the sueprset server log find this
   flask_wtf.csrf:The CSRF token has expired
   ### Steps to reproduce
