I applied the patch, and I am getting several failures.
I see a few problems.
1) The patch has NLS for debug messages.
2) Some of the exceptions now have an extra layer of wrappering, which may cause logic problems.
3) Some of the debug information is combined with the exceptions. This can also cause logic problems.
I am going to try and rework the patch.
