Hyperv tools in systemvm template

Hi List:
I'm doing a test lab of cloudstack 4.4 with hyperv 2012R2 . I've found that this image http://cloudstack.apt-get.eu/systemvm/4.4/systemvm64template-4.4.1-7-hyperv.vhd.zip
Doesn't have the file hv_kvp_daemon . The consequence is that the machine doesn't get its bootArgs and network interfaces are not properly configured (no ip at all).
Is there any other template I should use?.
Thanks.

You can seed system VM templates using steps mentioned at
http://cloudstack-installation.readthedocs.org/en/latest/installation.html#prepare-the-system-vm-template
.
