jndi taglib documentation

I've packeg together (and made some enhancements to) the txt
documentation for the jndi taglib into a html version that I think
follows the documentation practices for jakarta-taglibs. See the
enclosed html file. Could this be included in the distribution? 

It would be great if someone else could proofread as well.
