[Bug 5580] New: MIME_BOUND_RKFINDY and X_LIBRARY high relative FP's

http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=5580

           Summary: MIME_BOUND_RKFINDY and X_LIBRARY high relative FP's
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.1.9
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: william.cole@gedas.com

MIME_BOUND_RKFINDY and X_LIBRARY are essentially tests for mail generated by
some versions of the free(sic) Indy Sockets Library. If that library was at some
point popular with spammers, it is not obviously so today. It is clear to me
from a few FP's (all of the hits for July on a system seeing ~1M messages/day)
that at a minimum the scores for these are too high, and they don't seem to be
doing anything useful.
