> Implement wrapper-style {{Counter}} and {{Timer}} meters that route measurements to both a registered meter and an associated stat (for counters) or stats (for timers, which track both the number of events and the total duration of the events). Use these wrapper-style meters whenever we want to route a given measurement to both meters and stats.
