How to use TcpTunnelGui

Please help!

I started TcpTunnelGui like this:
   java org.apache.soap.util.net.TcpTunnelGui 999 http://localhost
<http://localhost>  8080

I set url as below:
  URL url = new URL("http://localhost:999/soap/servlet/rpcrouter");
And call:
  call.invoke(url, "");

I see nothing on the TcpTunnelGui screen.

I 'd like to see the soap message. What's wrong this?\
