Hmmm.....perhaps it's because it's using IIS instead of the apache http
server?  I only say this because of the
org.apache.axis.transport.http.HTTPSender.invoke
Exception.  I use the apache http server and it works fine for me.
If you can, try putting apache http on a test machine and see if it works.
