Site bugs
Hi, folks.
I've found that link to Microsoft's specs (
http://www.microsoft.com/interop/docs/officebinaryformats.mspx) is broken
on https://poi.apache.org/document/docoverview.html. I think, other links
to specs may be broken too.
MS Office file format info can be found here:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/ru-ru/library/cc307282.aspx, in this zip:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=119249 (but this link can also be
unstable)
Also, google search form has http in its action, so browsers are warning
about http resource on https page.

It looks like we had updated the links on
http://poi.apache.org/guidelines.html but not there, the last time that
Microsoft re-organised their website... I've hopefully fixed those up

Should be https only now
