We need to refactor the [RunSync](https://github.com/apache/incubator-xtable/blob/main/xtable-utilities/src/main/java/org/apache/xtable/utilities/RunSync.java) class into small methods, so that we can use these methods for [web application building](https://github.com/apache/incubator-xtable/issues/497)
