Does Eclipse-plugin for Hadoop support 3rd party jar?

I want to use the 3rd party jar in my map class, it is run ok under Hadoop
cluseter if I put my project.jar to hadoop cluster use hadoop jar command,
but if I run the project on windows with Eclipse-plugin, err!
