Steps
Setup the CloudStack environments with build 4.2.
Add templates and instances. 
Try to use browsers to launch the VM via ConsoleProxy in client machine.

Expected Result
All of the browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, IE should launch the VM successfully.

Actual Result
Firefox and Chrome can launch the VM successfully, while IE (both IE8 & IE9) cannot.
