1. New JIRA JDO-764 "Allow JDO annotations to be used in meta-annotations" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-764

Seems like a useful extension. Next step: patch. Is a test case needed?

2. JDO-762 "setParameters and setNamedParameters should use thread local storage" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-762

It looks like the cases intended by newQuery(Object query) and newNamedQuery obviate the need to discuss this. AI Craig close the JIRA

3. JDO-763 "RI does not implement default of Query.setResult" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-763

Progress. Latest 5.1.0M3-SNAPSHOT of DataNucleus allows all written test cases to pass. The copyjdorijars pom.xml needs to be updated to point to the version of DataNucleus that includes the fix.

4. JDO-761 "Add TCK test running sample queries from the spec" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-761

5. JDO-760 "Spec update regarding whether Query.execute() returns List or Collection" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-760

6. Is anything still unresolved with JDO-749 "Support for java.time types, and querying using associated methods" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-749

7. Is anything still unresolved with JDO-745 "Support bitwise operations in JDOQL" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-745

8. JDO 3.1: Need to go through change lists in JIRA for 3.1 RC1 and 3.1 to prepare JCP Change Log
