[MENTOR] Podling project status details?

Hi Mentors,
I'm trying to cleanup in preparation for graduation.
Yesterday I was working on the podling project status page:
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/knox.html
Everyone saw the thread covering my blunder there right? ;)
Anyway, there are two "Incubation work items" that I can't figure out
how to close.

In "Copyright"
> Check and make sure that the papers that transfer rights to the ASF
> been received. It is only necessary to transfer rights for the
> package, the core code, and any new code produced by the project.
In "Establish list of active committers"
> Check that all active committers have submitted a contributors agreement.
Pointers appreciated.
Kevin.

AFAIK this means make sure that whatever entity donated the code provided the appropriate code grant. IIRC Hortonworks granted this code, so we would need a record of the grant to the ASF.

You can check on here http://people.apache.org/committer-index.html to see that committers have filed their CLAs.
