Who runs the github clone of Mahout?

git://git.apache.org/mahout.git is up to date.

AIUI infrastructure manage it through JIRA

Researching it a little, it seems to be run some kind of
auto-mirroring. A lot of (all? most?) apache projects are there, but
they all haven't been updated since june 10.
