[jira] [Created] (TS-1370) stale_while_revalidate plugin is empty

Phil Sorber created TS-1370:
-------------------------------

             Summary: stale_while_revalidate plugin is empty
                 Key: TS-1370
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-1370
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Plugins
            Reporter: Phil Sorber
            Priority: Minor
         Attachments: swr.patch

In commit 3a1816b76da2f23f0a053dd27abfa5f959485f0f on the now deprecated trafficserver-plugins repo swr.cpp was emptied accidentally. Since then the plugins have all been copied to the main trafficserver repo with no history. After discussion with zwoop in IRC I am opening this ticket to get the code added back for posterity. It does not compile against 3.x currently and there is work currently being done to obsolete this code anyway, but I figured it was important to keep the history around.
