Heya,

In preparation of fixing Issue 1135 [0] (	"Participating
Organizations" on gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2011 should rotate logos)
we have added a "Logo url" field to your organization profile.

We will deploy the rotating logo when around half of the organizations
have set their logo.

PS: The reason we're not deploying the rotating logo's live yet is
that due to the lack of "!=" support in AppEngine's db cursors the
most efficient way to implement this (assuming that everybody will
eventually fill it out) is to iterate over all organizations until we
have 5 that have their logo set. You can imagine that this gets really
slow if only 5 out of 175 organizations have set their logo.
