We are trying to implement a new feature for uploading and downloading large files using resumable file upload/download protocol like tusd. If this feature is implemented correctly, then we can use this api/feature to upload/download huge files from various compute resources for any gateway supported by Airavata.  If anyone tried to implement this feature, please comment on the approaches you took to build the feature.
