How to remove horizontal menu of jetspeed2

I'd like to remove horizontal menu of jetspeed2.
Please, help me.

Hi,
do you want to hide them or to move them?
Commenting is ok to hide (but then how can you open them?), to move you 
should change the panel layout throught admin tools (at least for J1.5 and 
previous).

Hi,

You need to modify the theme. Open the header.vm file of your theme(its in 
jetspeed\decorations\layput) and modify it.
This file uses Velocity macros and you can start experimenting by commenting 
out some of them. I dont remember exactly the macro that is responsible for 
displaying the tabs but you can make it out once you go through the file.
