Database Design View

I want to create a database using Design View since the wizard
does not allow me to add the specific fields I want to use.

But OO 4.1.2 will not allow me to use Design View.

I've read that OO 4.1.1 will allow me to use Design View,
but cannot find it available in a download.

Can you please help me.  I'm using a Mac with OSX.
