HELP "Unable to tunnel through proxy"

hi all

                   We have a mailing application. its HTTPS based. we r using stunnel which will redirect port 443 to 80.
So problem is happening when i am running the test. i will get this exception as response. Have any one of you
faced this exception before.

I would be greatful if u can share the solution to take this exception off.
