Difference between registered() and reregistered() in scheduler driver

Hi,

I'm helping a scheduler author to deal with a problem related to master
failover:

Based on comments in
http://mesos.apache.org/documentation/latest/app-framework-development-guide/,
reregistered() should always be called, but it seems like the scheduler
would only receive registered() call in such a case.

Can someone provide some insights on what condition would trigger each call?

Thanks.
