[VOTE] Release Apache Traffic Server 8.0.0 (RC0)

I've prepared a release for 8.0.0 (RC0).  The release notes for 8.0.0 are available at:

This corresponds to git refs:

	Tag: 8.0.0-rc0


Which can be verified with the following command:

	$ git tag -v 8.0.0-rc0


All code signing keys are available here:

Make sure you refresh from a key server to get all relevant signatures. This vote is open until EOB September 13th, but please test and cast your votes as early as possible.

-1 - I am seeing coredumps in production with HTTP/2.  There is a fix for this and I am currently tracking down exactly why I am seeing this; https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/4225 <https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/4225>

I will spin a RC1 with a few more changes later today.
