doap.rdf not updated for 6.0 release

Hi,

While working on the 5.5.1 release, I realized that doap.rdf was not
updated for both Lucene and Solr for 6.0 release. I was inclined to update
it but wanted to be sure that it wasn't deliberate.

Mike, can you please confirm ?
