hidden hung tests in Hadoop QA reports

Hi,
If you look at:
https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/543/console

you should be able to see that TestMasterReplication actually hung.
In this case TestMasterReplication passed on MacBook.

Please pay more attention to Hadoop QA reports since there would always be
one or two tests that failed and they would hide hung test(s).
