mod_imap patch

I've just uploaded a patch to mod_imap that incorporates *some*
of the changes in the mod_imap_new.c from Nathan Kurz, and made
a change to set_redirect() to properly handle any URL with ':'
as an absolute URL.

I did not incorporate all of Nathans changes in mod_imap_new
since I discovered that his version breaks relative URLs.
The set_redirect() code seems to work for me and others, such
that it is.
