XConf - a new ant task

Here's a nifty little ant (and command line) task to manipulate XML
configuration files.
If like me, you have to build a number of "products" off the one code
base that only differ in their configuration files, this task is for
you. It allows you to have developer level configuration files that can
be transformed into test/QA/production flavours by simply applying a set
of transformations.
