Github sends notifications to commits@brooklyn.apache.org

Hi,

Part of the migration there is a commits@brooklyn.apache.org mailing 
list. It's a standard list for apache projects and I assume was created 
by the migration scripts.

Brooklyn repositories send notifications to the commits@ list now (I 
think they were going to (dev@brooklyn.incubator.apache.org before). I 
wasn't subscribed to it and had to send a subscribe email. Those 
interested may have to do the same.
