   Priority: Major

 Original Estimate: Unknown
 Time Spent: Unknown

    Project: maven-test-plugin

   Assignee: Jason van Zyl

Description:
I would like to taylor my test report file name using my own setting of extension. Maven-test-pluggin hides that capability.

How about add another property called

   maven.test.formatter.extention

and pass it to junit task?
