daedalus is running a new Apache 2.0 build

The graceful restart hang condition on daedalus is now fixed (thanks,
Jeff!), and my other tests looked fine, so I bounced us over to the new
build at Wednesday, 11-Jul-2001 14:08:37 PDT.  This is from a cvs update
done mid-afternoon today.  

So far, it looks great.  But please keep an eye open for any problems
with apache.org.

p.s. I did notice one little anomaly shutting down the old build.  The
log messages are in a non-intuitive order:

[Wed Jul 11 14:08:27 2001] [warn] child process 66452 still did not
exit, sending a SIGTERM
[Wed Jul 11 14:08:27 2001] [warn] child process 57262 still did not
exit, sending a SIGTERM
[Wed Jul 11 14:08:28 2001] [warn] child process 57262 still did not
exit, sending a SIGTERM
[Wed Jul 11 14:08:33 2001] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down 

I would think the last one should be logged first, because that's what
initiates the shutdown.  I'll change it it no one objects.
