[CANCEL][VOTE] Release Apache Knox 1.2.0 RC 3

-1 I found a new issue with misconfigured knoxsso causes a bad stack trace.

The reason this comes up is part of KNOX-1152 that was added to 1.2.0. We
should fix it.
