EplSite Version 1.2 has been released

Hi all:

This version is mainly a maintenance release but it contains some
enhancements overthe previos version 1.1.

Everybody using EplSite 1.1 is encouraged to upgrade.

Now we are going directly to EmbPerlObject 2.x
