Today was my third attempt at trying to create announce@bigtop.apache.org (first was a month or so ago and the second was yesterday) using https://infra.apache.org/officers/mlreq the process goes fine and even sends the mail to infrastructure-cvs@apache.org with a commit message for infrastructure/trunk/mlreq/bigtop-announce.json

However, after that -- nothing seems to be happening. We don't get an ACK on private@bigtop.apache.org and the ML doesn't seem to exist.

Please help.
