### Description
The documentation describes the SERIAL_DISCARD execution strategy as:
"Discard the newly generated workflow instances and kill the running instance."
This is contradictory and inconsistent with the actual implementation.
Actual behavior
In SerialCommandDiscardHandler#handle:
The first (running/earliest) instance is preserved.
All subsequent instances are discarded.
The running instance is not killed. Killing the running instance is the behavior of SERIAL_PRIORITY, not SERIAL_DISCARD.
