Erick Erickson resolved SOLR-13447.

Resolution: Invalid
This is an inappropriate use of the JIRA system for at least two reasons:
1> The JIRA system is not a support portal, it is used for Solr development issues.
2> This is most _certainly_ not an Alfresco support portal, you'll have to ask them directly for support.
